CONCEPT

The main idea of the project is to create a functional modern space. Contrasting and nuanced combinations of materials and textures were used in the project. Particular attention was paid to the main and additional lighting of the space. Natural materials in the interior create a variety of textures while maintaining a modern and functional design.

GROUND FLOOR LAYOUT

The first floor is represented by a large entrance group with a wardrobe, there is also a guest bedroom and an office of the owner of the house. As in many of our projects, the kitchen area is combined with the living room into a single open space. A feature of the first floor is an atrium that divides the living room into a dining area and a seating area.

GUEST ROOM

The guest room is made in light shades with accents in the form of green elements.

A special feature is the hidden dressing table which can also be used as a workspace.

CABINET

In the office, in addition to a large desktop and a bed, we placed a collection of stones from the owner of the house, which became an accent element in the interior.

BATHROOM

KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM

Our task was to create a cozy warm atmosphere, so we selected the kitchen block using various materials of the same chocolate color.

FIRST FLOOR LAYOUT

The first floor is a block of bedrooms, including a master block as well as a sauna block with a bathroom.

The floors are connected by a staircase and an elevator.

GYM

The gym in the house is designed to keep all family members in good physical shape, so we chose a bright color to create an energetic sports mood.

BEDROOM | SON'S ROOM

At the request of the client, this bedroom is made in black and white with the addition of bright accents. A special feature is the bed with a podium which takes up most of the room.
